  6. Prepare 9 oz of Yoshida Teriyaki Sauce/marinade
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Gochujong (Korean red pepper paste)
  8. You need 3 lb of Chicken (dark or white meat)
Step to make Spicy Korean Teriyaki Chicken:
  1. FOR THE MARINADE
  2. Mix the first 7 ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
  3. slice chicken to strips to get most flavor, then seal chicken with marinade. marinade 6 hours in the fridge.
  4. AFTER MARINADE
  5. preheat oven 375°F and drain half the marinade
  6. cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. cook chicken 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 175°F
