The Ingredients need to make Miso Soup with Sweet Onion and Aburaage:

  2. Prepare 1 of Aburaage (use 2 if you use sushiage)
  3. It’s 1 tbsp of *Sake
  4. You need 2 tbsp of *Mirin
  5. It’s 2 tsp of *Dashi stock powder
  6. Prepare 600 ml of *Water
  7. It’s 2 tbsp of or more Miso
  8. You need 1 of Chopped green onion (optional)
Step to make Miso Soup with Sweet Onion and Aburaage:
  1. Slice the onion into 5 mm slice Pour boiling water over the aburaage to remove the excess oil and slice into 1 mm slice Chop the green onion if you have it.
