The Ingredients need to make Pineapple Ice-cream Poke Cake:
  1. Prepare of For cream mixture
  2. You need 500 gm of Whiping cream
  3. You need 1/2 tin of condensed milk
  4. You need 1 tsp of pineapple essence
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of yellow colour
  6. It’s 1 tin of pineapple with juice
  7. Prepare of For Chocolate cake
  8. Prepare 2 of eggs
  9. It’s 1 cup of caster sugar
  10. You need 1 cup of flour
  11. It’s 4 tbsp of coco powder
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of melted chocolate
  13. You need 1 pinch of Salt
  14. You need 1 tsp of baking powder
  15. It’s 1/4 tsp of soda
  16. It’s 1 tsp of vanilla essence
  17. It’s 1/4 cup of milk
  18. You need 1/2 cup of ghee
  19. It’s 1/4 cup of hot water
  20. It’s of For Chocolate ganache
  21. Prepare 200 gm of cooking chocolate
  22. Prepare 1 tbsp of butter
  23. It’s 4 tbsp of cream
Step to make Pineapple Ice-cream Poke Cake:
  1. First we make cake.
  2. Sieve the flour and coco powder.
  3. Now add salt, baking powder,baking soda and mix dry ingredients and set a side.
  4. In a bowl add eggs and caster sugar and beat well.
  5. Now add melted chocolate, vanilla essence and again beat for 1
  6. Now add ghee, water, milk and again beat well.
  7. Now add dry mixture and fold the cake better.
  8. Grease your tray with oil and dust off the
  9. Now add your mixture in tray and bake.
  10. I bake my cake in microwave but you can bake in oven too.
  11. This is ready in 8 to 9 mins in microwave.
  12. Now take off the cake and let it cool completely.
  13. Now on the other side melt chocolate in double boiler with butter and cream.
  14. Chocolate ganache is ready.
  15. Take a bowl add ice cubes and put another bowl add whip cream and beat until stiff peaks form. (ice cubes rakhne ae cream jaldi whip hot hi)
  16. Now add condensed milk, yellow food colour, pineapple essence, pineapple chunks(add their sweet water too).
  17. Fold it well.
  18. When cake cools completely poke the cake with the spoon.
  19. Add chocolate ganache over Cake.
  20. Now your pineapple whip cream and spread evenly.
  21. Freeze it for 4 to 6 hours and serve chilled.
