  5. It’s 2 tbsp of ○ Miso
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of ○ Mirin

  8. It’s 2 tbsp of ○ Sugar
  9. You need 1 tsp of or more Yuzu juice
  10. It’s 1 of Yuzu peel

  1. Refer tofor the daikon prep.

  1. After prepping the daikon, fill a pot with enough water to cover the daikon, then add the kombu and turn on the heat.
