The Ingredients need to make Veg Garlic fried rice:
- It’s 1/2 cup of rice
- It’s 2 tbsp of refined oil
- You need 1 tsp of garlic paste
- You need 1 of small onion chopped
- You need 1/2 of small carrot finely chopped
- You need 1/2 of small capsicum chopped
- It’s 2 tbsp of Soya sauce
- It’s 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce
- It’s to taste of Salt
- It’s 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder
Step to make Veg Garlic fried rice:
- Wash and soak rice for 15 Boil enough water and add salt to taste, then add soaked rice. Simmer for 7-8min or till rice cooked 70-80%, then stain and remove excess
- Heat oil in a wok and add garlic paste. Saute for a while to become slightly pinkish. Then add carrots and onion, and cook for another minute. Then add capsicum and salt, red chili powder. Mix well and saute for a while.
- When chili powder releas nice aroma, add soy sauce and red chili sauce. Mix well and saute for 5-7 second
- Now add cooked rice and pepper powder. Mix well and cover and cook for more 1 The rice is ready to serve.
- Here I didnt used vinegar, if you want to add the add just 2-3drops while adding rice.(Dont cook with both sauce. Add vinegar, mix and add rice and quickly mix again.)
