The Ingredients need to make Instapot Soft Chicken Tacos:
  1. You need 3 of boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. It’s 1 (15.25 oz) of can corn, drained
  3. You need 1 (10 oz) of can Rotel drained
  4. Prepare 1 of onion, sliced
  5. Prepare 1 of jalapeno, chopped
  6. It’s 1 of lime
  7. You need of Seasonings of choice
  8. You need of black pepper, garlic powder, chilli powder, cumin, Dash Spicy
  9. It’s of Soft taco shells
  10. You need of Toppings of choice
  11. You need of cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, taco sauce
Step to make Instapot Soft Chicken Tacos:
  1. Place a little bit of vegetable oil in bottom of Instapot and place chicken on top. Season with seasonings of choice.
  2. Cook on meat setting for 15 minute Release steam and allow to rest on cutting board until cool enough to slice.
  3. Dice into chunks and return to Instapot.
  4. Slice onions and chop jalapenos and cut lime in half.
  5. Place onions, jalapeno, corn and Rotel in Instapot. Squeeze lime juice from both halves onto mixture. Stir to incorporate ingredient
  6. Place lid back on and cook on vegetable setting for 5 minute Release steam and stir well.
  7. Set up topping station and put in middle of taco shell
  8. Enjoy!
