  7. You need 4 tbsp of melted butter
Step to make Soft buns/dinner rolls:
  1. In a dry bowl mix warm milk,sugar,salt and yeast stir and cover for 5-10minThen add one egg to the mixture and stir.
  2. In another bowl sift flour and make a hole inside, pour your yeast mixture inside and mix with your wooden spoon.if dough is soft add alittle Knead dough for 10-15 minuteTo know if the dough is ready poke your finger tip on dough if it jumps right up it is well.Cover with a kitchen cloth for 45 min
  3. After that time, your dough has risen and doubled in size.On a dry surface floured place dough, knead into a ball and separate into 16 little ballKnead the little balls again and place them on a greased pan,cover again for 45mins
  4. After the time,Your mini balls have risen again.Brush them with egg beaten and place on an already preheated oven bake at 180 degrees for 15-25 mins or until golden brown
