  6. It’s 1 tsp of ground cumin
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of dried oregano
  8. Prepare 1 1/2 pounds of skirt steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  9. You need 12 of mini flour tortillas, warmed
  10. It’s 3/4 cup of diced red onion
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped fresh cilantro leaves
