The Ingredients need to make Salt-Flavored Chicken Karaage:
  1. You need 1 of Chicken thigh
  2. You need 1/2 tsp of Salt (I used Mongolian rock salt)
  3. It’s 1 clove of Grated garlic
  4. It’s 1 tsp of The juice from grated ginger
  5. It’s 1 tbsp of Clear sake
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of Katakuriko
Step to make Salt-Flavored Chicken Karaage:
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, combine with the salt, grated garlic, ginger juice and sake and massage well. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minute
  2. Add the katakuriko to Step 1.
  3. Deep fry in 170 °C oil until golden brown and its done.
