The Ingredients need to make Japanese Cold noodles:
  1. Prepare 1 bunch of Japanese noodles
  2. It’s 2 piece of Seaweed
  3. It’s 2 of eggs
  4. It’s 3 stick of Imitation crab meat
  5. You need 10 ml of Japanese noodle soy sauce
  6. It’s of Sesame seeds
Step to make Japanese Cold noodles:
  1. Cook Japanese noodles in boiling water for 4 - 5 minute
  2. Drain noodles in strainer under ice cold
  3. Keep noodles in the fridge while you make the egg crepe.
  4. Make egg crepe. Follow my egg crepe recipe.

  1. Shred imitation crab meat and seaweed.
  2. Place noodles on plate. Add egg crepe, crab meat and seaweed on top of noodle Sprinkle sesamd seeds on (optional)
