The Ingredients need to make Matcha Bavarois:
- Prepare 10 grams of Matcha
- Prepare 3 tbsp of Boiling water
- It’s 2 of Egg yolks
- It’s 200 ml of Milk
- It’s 60 grams of Granulated sugar
- It’s 5 grams of Powdered gelatin
- You need 1 tbsp of Water
- Prepare 150 ml of Heavy cream
- You need of Topping
- It’s 50 ml of Heavy cream
- Prepare 10 grams of Condensed milk
Step to make Matcha Bavarois:
- Dissolve and blend the matcha in boiling Soak the gelatin in
- Beat egg yolks in a pot. Stir in milk and granulated sugar, and mix thoroughly.
- Continue stirring over low heat. Remove from heat when its creamy and the bubbles on the surface disappear.
- Add matcha and gelatin to the pot and mix well. Strain through a tea strainer into a bowl. Cool the bowl over ice water and mix occasionally until it has thickened.
- Add whipped cream and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a serving container and chill in the fridge.
- Add condensed milk to heavy cream and whisk. Top on the bavarois and serve.
