The Ingredients needed to make Melting Matcha Pudding:
  1. Prepare 1 tbsp of plus Matcha
  2. You need 250 ml of Milk
  3. Prepare 60 grams of Sugar
  4. You need 5 grams of Powdered gelatin
  5. Prepare 200 ml of Whipping cream
  6. It’s 1 of as liked Topping of your choice
Step to make Melting Matcha Pudding:
  1. Heat the milk in a pot to just below the boiling point. Turn the heat off, add the matcha and sugar, and mix well.
  2. Add the powdered gelatin and mix thoroughly. Strain into a bowl.
  3. Set the bowl in ice-cold water to cool slightly. Add fresh cream.
  4. Pour into serving containers, chill in the fridge until hardened, and enjoy!
