Step to make Melting Matcha Pudding:
- Heat the milk in a pot to just below the boiling point. Turn the heat off, add the matcha and sugar, and mix well.
- Add the powdered gelatin and mix thoroughly. Strain into a bowl.
- Set the bowl in ice-cold water to cool slightly. Add fresh cream.
- Pour into serving containers, chill in the fridge until hardened, and enjoy!
