Korean Style Chinese Noodles

Hello everyone, I hope you are having an incredible day today. Today, I will show you a way to make a special dish, Korean Style Chinese Noodle It is one of my favorites food. For mine, I will make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look deliciou

The Ingredients need to make Korean Style Chinese Noodles:
  1. You need 1/4-1/2 pound of ground meat
  2. Prepare 1-2 cups of chicken broth
  3. It’s 2 cloves of garlic
  4. It’s 1 of Tbl. Fresh ginger
  5. You need 1/2 tsp. of Sugar
  6. Prepare 3 of Tbl. Soy sauce
  7. Prepare 3 stalks of scallion (green onion)
  8. You need 1 of Tbl. Gochujang (or hot sauce)
  9. It’s 1 of ground black pepper (to taste)
  10. It’s 4 Oz. of Noodles (glass noodles are the best, but any work)
Step to make Korean Style Chinese Noodles:
  1. Soak noodles in water (room temp) until soft. Im using rice noodles, they take about 30 minute
  2. Add some oil to a wok/stir-fry/skillet and heat on medium
  3. Dice your garlic and ginger, add to hot oil, stir for 1 minute
  4. Im using Gochujang, this now is available in the Asian section of our regular grocery store
  5. Add your Gochujang or hot sauce, stir for 1 minute
  6. Add meat, break it up
  7. When the meat is just cooked
  8. Add home made chicken broth 😉 2 cups little soupy, 1 cup more dry. I used 2 cups here.
  9. Add sugar, soy sauce, black pepper, turn heat up to medium-high, Bring to a boil
  10. Add soft noodles and scallions
  11. Stir and continue to boil for 2 or 3 minutes until noodles are cooked.
  12. Serve. Garnish with sesame seeds, scallions, cilantro.
