The Ingredients need to make Vegetarian Chilli:
  1. It’s 1 of onion diced
  2. You need 2 stalks of celery diced
  3. Prepare 2 of carrots diced
  4. You need 1 of green pepper diced
  5. It’s 1 of red pepper diced
  6. It’s 3 sprigs of garlic crushed
  7. Prepare 1 T of vegetable oil
  8. Prepare 1 can of diced tomato dont drain
  9. It’s 1 can of light kidney beans dont drain
  10. You need 1 can of black beans rinsed
  11. Prepare 1 can of corn (or bag frozen)
  12. You need 1 T of chilli powder
  13. It’s 1-1/2 tsp of oregano
  14. Prepare 1-1/2 tsp of basil
  15. It’s 1 T of cumin
  16. It’s 1 T of sugar
  17. It’s of salt and pepper
  18. Prepare 2 T of tomato paste
Step to make Vegetarian Chilli:
  1. Saute all diced ingredients and garlic in vegetable oil in large pan until softened. Add the rest of the ingredients (except tomato paste) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Mix in tomato paste simmer 5 minutes more. Enjoy.
