The Ingredients need to make Vegetarian Chilli:
  1. You need of onion diced
  2. You need of celery diced
  3. It’s of carrots diced
  4. Prepare of green pepper diced
  5. It’s of red pepper diced
  6. Prepare of garlic crushed
  7. It’s of vegetable oil
  8. You need of diced tomato dont drain
  9. You need of light kidney beans dont drain
  10. It’s of black beans rinsed
  11. You need of corn (or bag frozen)
  12. Prepare of chilli powder
  13. It’s of oregano
  14. You need of basil
  15. Prepare of cumin
  16. You need of sugar
  17. Prepare of salt and pepper
  18. You need of tomato paste
Step to make Vegetarian Chilli:
  1. Saute all diced ingredients and garlic in vegetable oil in large pan until softened. Add the rest of the ingredients (except tomato paste) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Mix in tomato paste simmer 5 minutes more. Enjoy.
