The Ingredients need to make Vegetarian Chilli:
- You need of onion diced
- Prepare of celery diced
- You need of carrots diced
- It’s of green pepper diced
- Prepare of red pepper diced
- It’s of garlic crushed
- It’s of vegetable oil
- Prepare of diced tomato dont drain
- It’s of light kidney beans dont drain
- It’s of black beans rinsed
- Prepare of corn (or bag frozen)
- It’s of chilli powder
- It’s of oregano
- Prepare of basil
- Prepare of cumin
- Prepare of sugar
- Prepare of salt and pepper
- Prepare of tomato paste
Step to make Vegetarian Chilli:
- Saute all diced ingredients and garlic in vegetable oil in large pan until softened. Add the rest of the ingredients (except tomato paste) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Mix in tomato paste simmer 5 minutes more. Enjoy.
