The Ingredients need to make Vegetarian Chilli:
  1. You need of onion diced
  2. Prepare of celery diced
  3. You need of carrots diced
  4. It’s of green pepper diced
  5. Prepare of red pepper diced
  6. It’s of garlic crushed
  7. It’s of vegetable oil
  8. Prepare of diced tomato dont drain
  9. It’s of light kidney beans dont drain
  10. It’s of black beans rinsed
  11. Prepare of corn (or bag frozen)
  12. It’s of chilli powder
  13. It’s of oregano
  14. Prepare of basil
  15. Prepare of cumin
  16. Prepare of sugar
  17. Prepare of salt and pepper
  18. Prepare of tomato paste
Step to make Vegetarian Chilli:
  1. Saute all diced ingredients and garlic in vegetable oil in large pan until softened. Add the rest of the ingredients (except tomato paste) and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Mix in tomato paste simmer 5 minutes more. Enjoy.
