- It’s 1 tsp of baking soda
- It’s 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
- It’s 115 grams of butter or dairy-free spread, melted
- You need 2 of very ripe, large sized bananas, mashed well
- You need 60 ml of - 80ml light coconut milk - a little extra for GF flour

- Preheat oven to gas 4 / 180C / 350°F and spray a loaf tin lightly with oil and dust with flour
