  2. Prepare 8 tbsp of maple syrup
  3. You need of 100g gluten-free / plain flour
  4. You need 100 g of gluten-free rolled oats
  5. It’s 50 g of caster sugar / superfine
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  7. You need 75 g of sunflower spread

  1. Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400°F and lightly grease an ovenproof casserole or baking dish
  2. Toss the chopped plums in the syrup then put in the oven to cook for 10 minutes

  4. Rub the butter in with your fingertips to create crumbs
  5. Once the plums are out of the oven, cover with the crumb topping and return to the oven for a further 15 minutes until the top is golden
