The Ingredients need to make Vickys Sage Onion Stuffing, GF DF EF SF NF:
- It’s 50 g of sunflower spread
- Prepare 1 tbsp of oil
- Prepare 1 of large onion, finely chopped
- Prepare 100 g of gluten-free breadcrumbs
- Prepare 1 tbsp of fresh sage, finely chopped
- You need 1 tsp of fresh parsley, finely chopped
Step to make Vickys Sage Onion Stuffing, GF DF EF SF NF:
- Preheat the oven to gas 4 / 180C / 350F and grease a glass ovenproof dish
- Melt the sunflower spread and oil together in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry off the onion until softened
- Stir in the breadcrumbs, sage and parsley. Season with some salt and pepper
- Spoon into the glass dish and bake for 40 mins until turning golden. You can also roll into balls and bake in an oven tray, same timing and temperature
- Serve with roast chicken, pork etc
