  1. You need 2 of ripe pears, peeled, halved and cored
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  3. Prepare 4 tbsp of mayo from my recipe, Vickys Dairy, Egg Soy-Free Mayo in my profile
  4. You need 1 tbsp of gf Dijon mustard
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of cream from my recipe, Vickys Cashew Cream, see my profile vic20adamant
  6. You need 1 of flaked almonds
  7. You need 1 of salad leaves
Step to make Vickys Pears with Mustard Cream Mayonnaise, Gluten, Dairy, Egg Soy-Free:
  1. Brush the pears with the lemon juice to prevent discolouring and lay them on top of the salad leaves, cut side down, on the plate
  2. Mix the mayo with the mustard and cream. Spread this over each pear half. Add a tsp of boiling water if the mixture is too thick to coat the pears smoothly
  3. Toast the almonds under the grill until golden, cool, then sprinkle some over the pears
  4. Chill before serving
