- It’s 180 ml (3/4 cup) of vegetable oil / sunflower oil
- You need 2 tbsp of white or apple cider vinegar
- Prepare 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- Prepare 480 ml (2 cups) of water

- Preheat the oven to gas 4 / 180C / 350F and grease line a 9× 13 ovenproof dish or tin
