The Ingredients need to make Teriyaki Kale:
- It’s 2 bunch of Kale
- You need 2 tbsp of Olive oil
- You need 2 tbsp of Minced garlic
- Prepare 1 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
- It’s 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- You need 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
Step to make Teriyaki Kale:
- Rinse kale and pat dry with paper towel.
- Heat olive oil in large skillet. Saute garlic in oil until golden, careful not to over cook.
- Add kale into pan, tossing immediately. Allow kale to wilt, stirring occasionally.
- Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and pepper flakes into the kale and toss one final time. The kale cooks incredibly quickly and will be done in about 5-6 minute
- Serve as a side, add to noodles or rice as a stir fry!
