The Ingredients needed to make Christmas Wreath Meatloaf:
  1. You need 200 grams of Minced meat
  2. Prepare 1 of Onions (finely chopped)
  3. You need 1 of Egg
  4. You need 3 tbsp of Panko
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of Ketchup
  6. It’s 1 of Salt and pepper
  7. It’s 16 of Spinach (leaves)
  8. You need 2 slice of Bacon
  9. Prepare 1 of for decoration Orange bell pepper, cherry tomatoes
Step to make Christmas Wreath Meatloaf:
  1. Slice the bacon into thin strips and place around a ring pan.
  2. Boil the spinach leaves briefly and squeeze out excess water and put them on top of the bacon. You can use cabbage or Chinese cabbage instead of spinach.
  3. Mix stir-fried onion, minced meat, panko, egg and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.
