The Ingredients need to make Christmas Wreath Meatloaf:
- You need 200 grams of Minced meat
- You need 1 of Onions (finely chopped)
- Prepare 1 of Egg
- It’s 3 tbsp of Panko
- You need 1 tbsp of Ketchup
- Prepare 1 of Salt and pepper
- It’s 16 of Spinach (leaves)
- It’s 2 slice of Bacon
- You need 1 of for decoration Orange bell pepper, cherry tomatoes
Step to make Christmas Wreath Meatloaf:
- Slice the bacon into thin strips and place around a ring pan.
- Boil the spinach leaves briefly and squeeze out excess water and put them on top of the bacon. You can use cabbage or Chinese cabbage instead of spinach.
- Mix stir-fried onion, minced meat, panko, egg and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture (Step 3) into the ring pan (Step 2).
- Bake in a preheated 450°F/230℃ oven for 30 minute Stick a bamboo skewer through the meat and its done if no juice comes out.
- Decorate with halved cherry tomatoes, boiled orange bell pepper and so on.
