  13. You need 2 of bay leaf
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp of biryani masala
  15. You need 1/4 cup of curd
  16. Prepare handful of Mint
  17. It’s Handful of Coriander
  18. You need As required of Food color (optional)
  19. You need As required of Oil
  20. It’s as required of Ghee
  21. It’s as required of Salt
  22. You need For of Cooking rice
  23. It’s 1 tsp of Ghee
  24. It’s 2 of green cardamon
  25. You need 1 of bay leaf
  26. You need as per taste of Salt

  28. It’s 2 tbsp of biryani masala
  29. It’s 2 tbsp of curd
  30. Prepare 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste

I had never made chicken biryani before I decided to share this recipe. Chicken Biryani is one of the more complicated rice dishes in Indian/pakistani cooking.   6. Add around 2 tbsp of biryani masala and fry it well. Add 1/4 cup of whisked curd. Give it a nice mix.Add marinated chicken and Mint leaves and let it cook on medium heat for around 25 to 30 minute
  7. Take a pan add water, green cardamon, bay leaf, soaked rice. Add a 1 tsp of ghee.And cook till half done.
  8. Drain the rice, once properly drained saute it carefully in little oil and keep it spread on a large dish to cool.
  9. Now comes the layering part.Take a deep bottom pan, Add some prepared gravy.Layer the rice over it.Add the final layer of gravy. Again spread rice over it.If you want you can add some food color.Sprinkle the fried onionAdd mint leaves and coriander.Add 1 tbsp of ghee through the side
  10. I dont like to put the dough.As I feel it gets little messy at timeSo here is my trick. I cover the pot with a thick kitchen towel and put a lid on it. Then fold the towel upward It works perfectly.
  11. Cook it like this for around 15 minuteThen your flavorful and aromatic biryani is ready to be served.
