- You need 2 tbsp of milk
Step to make Chicken Biryani:
- Oil garam kar ke uss mien sliced onion daal kar light brown kar lien. Phir ginger garlic paste or tomatoes daal dein.2 Minutes baad chicken,dahi or masala jaat daal kar mix krein. Or medium to low flame par chicken galny to cook krein.
- Chicken gall Jaye to Potatoes daal kar 2 tbls pani add krein or cover kar dein 5 min ke baad bhoon lien. Oil oper a Jaye to gravy ready Hai.
- Khulay bartan mien pani dalien us mien cinimon stick, black cardemom, black pepper whole, salt, to Badeyan khatai or zeera daal kar boil krein phir rice daal kar itna cook krein ke eik kanni reh Jaye means 80% cook ho jaye. Pani stain kar lien or wok morn phaila dein.
- Tamam gravy rice ke oper daal dein, yellow food colour dalien milk mien mix kar ke dalien or 10 se 15 min ke liye low flame par cook kar lien. Cucumber slices or raitay ke sath serve krein.
