Spicy Chicken Biryani

The Ingredients need to make Spicy Chicken Biryani:
  1. It’s 1 kg of sela rice
  2. Prepare 1 of full chicken
  3. You need 500 g of onion
  4. You need 500 g of tomatoes
  5. It’s 1 tbsp of ginger paste
  6. You need 1 tbsp of garlic paste
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped green chilli
  8. Prepare 2 tsp of roasted cumin
  9. You need 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper
  13. You need 1 cup of oil
  14. It’s 1/2 tsp of yellow food color
  15. You need of Few Star anaise
  16. You need 1 tsp of black pepper
  17. You need 1 tsp of cinnamon slices
  18. It’s of Few Tez pat
  19. Prepare 2 tbsp of biryani masala
  20. You need 1 tbsp of garam masala
  21. It’s 6 of lemon cut in round shapes
  22. It’s of Water as required
  23. You need as needed of Salt
Step to make Spicy Chicken Biryani:
  1. First of all soak rice in water for 1 hour.
  2. Cut onion and tomatoes in round shapes and keep it ready.
  3. In a pot take water, add chicken, oil, roasted cumin, salt and boil it. When chicken cooked transfer it a bowl.
  4. In the yakhni add rice, 1tbsp oil, tez pat, star anaise and cook rice till becom soft. But rice should not be too soft nor hard.
  5. Now in a pan add star anaise, cumin, black pepper, Tez pat, cinaman and cook for a while.
  6. Now add ginger garlic paste when it start smell add onion and cook it till its color change to brown.
  7. Add tomatoes, chopped green chillies and cook for 3 minute Then add roasted cumin and coriander powder, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt, biryani masala, garam masala. Mix it well and cook it for 5 minute
  8. Now add lemon slices and chicken to it, cover it and cook for 3-5 minute Then turn off the flame.
  9. In a bowl in water dissolve food color and put it ready.
  10. Now its turn of layering. Grease pateela with oil. Made a layer of rice, then put chicken mixture over it. Again put rice then chicken and then again rice. Now pour color over it and put on low flame (dam Par rakhna) for 15 minute
  11. Now yummy spicy chicken biryani is ready. Served with raita.
