The Ingredients need to make Chicken Biryani:
  1. Prepare 4 cups of rice
  2. It’s of Chicken 1kg with bone
  3. You need of Onions sliced 5 medium size
  4. Prepare of Tomatoes sliced 5 medium size
  5. It’s of Green pepper slits
  6. It’s of Mint leaves 20 leaves
  7. Prepare of Parsley
  8. You need 5 tbsp of Mixed spices
  9. You need Cloves of 4
  10. You need of Ginger and garlic paste
  11. You need 5 tbsp of Oil
  12. It’s of Salt and seasonings
Step to make Chicken Biryani:
  1. In a pot add water and boil the rice with cloves, mint leaves, salt and parsley.
  2. Pour oil in a sauce pan on medium flame add onions fry till slightly brown add ginger and garlic paste stir and add the chicken pieces fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat while stiring add the mixed spices, seasonings and tomatoes fry 4 minutes on low heat add 2 cup of water add parsley and mint leaves cook for 2 minutes add the green pepper cover and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
  3. Strain the perboiled rice, arrange the half rice in a flat pan, spread cooked chicken on top. Layer the top with the balance rice, add mint leaves 2 tbsp. Cover and allow to cook for 7-8 minutes on low heat. Then mix everything together and serve.
