The Ingredients need to make Chicken Biryani:
- Prepare of Chicken 1/ 2 klo
- Prepare of Rice 1/ 2 klo
- You need of Salt hasb e zaiqa
- It’s 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste
- You need 6 of Hari mirchen
- You need 1 tbsp of Coriander powder
- Prepare Gram of masala powder 1tbsp
- It’s of Aaloo bukhara 8 adad
- Prepare pinch of Jyfal
- You need of Tez pat 2 adad
- You need pinch of Food colour
- Prepare 1 cup of Dahi
- Prepare of Tomatoes 4 adad
- Prepare 2 pieces of Jawitri
- You need 3 of Badyan ke phool
- Prepare of Pyaz 3 medium size ki
- You need 2 tbsp of Lal mirch powder
- You need of Aaloo 3 adad
- You need 1 tsp of Lemon juice
- Prepare of Few leaves of mint
Step to make Chicken Biryani:
- Pan ma oil dalen us ma pyaz dal kar brown karein, thodi c brown pyaz alg sa nkalkr rkhden baqi ki pyaz ma g.g paste,chkn, tmam dry spices , salt, tez pat dal kar bhoone.
- Cut ky hoa tomatoes dahi add krlen or chkn ko galna tak cook karein.
- Aaloo bukhara aaloo ke pieces b shamil krden, chkn or aaloo gal jy to flame band krden.
- Ab ak alg pateeli ma adha ghanta bhgoy hoa rice ko boil karein sath sabit gram masala or salt shamil krden, lemon juice b is ma dal dein or achi trhsa chwal ko mix krlen.
- Jab aik kanni reh jy tay Chwal ko utar kar chan lein, aur qorma ki layer lgain usky upar boil chwal ki layer lgain food clr b halka sa chwal ke upar sprinkle krden isi trh layer lgaty jyen.
- End ma podina ki ptian, fried pyaz or jyfal jawitri dalden or biryani ko 20 minute tak dum par rkhden,mazedar biryani is ready now dishout kar ke serve karein.
