The Ingredients need to make Chikpeas Curry:
- It’s 1 cup of white chikpeas
- It’s 1 of onion paste
- It’s 2 of tomatoes
- Prepare 3 of green chilies
- It’s As required of Cooking oil
- It’s as required of Water
- It’s as required of Salt
- It’s 1/2 inch of ginger
- Prepare As required of Red chilli powder
- You need as required of Chickpeas powder (chhole masala)
- Prepare As requried of Coriander powder
- You need As required of Garam masala powder
- Prepare as required of Cumin seeds
- You need As required of Ginger-garlic paste
Step to make Chikpeas Curry:
- Take white peas clean and soak for overnight or 6-8 hour Then drain water wash and add 2 cups water in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 5-6 whistle. Keep chickpeas liquid aside. Separately.
- Now make onion paste and tomato, green chili, ginger, coriander leaves paste.
- Heat up oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, onion paste and saute it. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute it then add tomatoes paste, add all dry spices saute till oil separate
- Add Chikpeas water and make a boil, add some mash Chikpeas and saute well and add all boiled cheekpeas saute well, add hot water and boil it.
- Serve with bhature rice paratha bread.
