We can never have too many no-bake recipes, right? Its really hard to beat no-bake cheesecake during the summer. While I love this Nutella version, there are many other summery flavors you can incorporate into a no-bake cheesecake!

  10. It’s 125 gm of Cream cheese
  11. It’s 40 gm of Confectioner’s sugar
  12. It’s 125 gm of Nutella
  13. You need 80 gm of Dark chocolate
  14. It’s 80 ml of Fresh cream
  15. Prepare of Hazelnuts (optional)
  16. You need of APPLIANCES

  18. Prepare of Electric hand mixer(or whisk)

This recipe doesnt require any gelatin. Prepare the ganache: place the Nutella in a large bowl and set aside. in a small saucepan bring heavy cream to a. This No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake is easy enough for cheesecake beginner It is rich, creamy, and full of chocolate flavor.

  6. In a small saucepan, bring cream to a simmer over medium-low heat.

  7. Pour the warm cream over the chocolate in a bowl and let stand for 3 minute Whisk until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

  8. Spread the ganache over the cheesecake. Sprinkle the top with chopped hazelnut

  9. Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight, about 6-8 hour

Confectioner’s sugar = Icing sugar (Finely ground sugar plays an essential for smooth texture)
