Things might get pretty simple sometimes but sometimes thats just what a person need I have decided to remake this video, as quite a few been asking me. Rich, creamy no bake Nutella cheesecake with a mousse-like texture and heavenly taste.

Im back with another Nutella recipe! This gorgeous cake looks like a lot of work, but its simpler than it look And the flavor is just amazing.

The Ingredients needed to make No bake NUTELLA CHEESECAKE:
  1. You need of Prep time 25 Minutes
  2. Prepare of Cook time 5 Minutes
  3. You need of Additional time 8 Hours
  4. Prepare of Total time 8 hours 30 Minutes
  5. You need of Serving 6 people
  6. You need of Shell life 5-7 days(in a refrigerator)
  7. You need of INGREDIENTS
  8. Prepare 180 gm of Oreo (approx. 18 cookies)
  9. You need 40 gm of Softened butter
  10. You need 125 gm of Cream cheese
  11. You need 40 gm of Confectioner’s sugar
  12. Prepare 125 gm of Nutella
  13. You need 80 gm of Dark chocolate
  14. You need 80 ml of Fresh cream
  15. It’s of Hazelnuts (optional)
  16. Prepare of APPLIANCES
  17. You need of Food processor
  18. It’s of Electric hand mixer(or whisk)

This version combines my love affair with no-bake and my love affair with all things Nutella. The first time I made No-Bake Nutella Cheesecakes, I whipped them up from ingredients I happened. Mix Nutella, cream cheese, and whipped topping until smooth. A No Bake Nutella Cheesecake made with a biscuit base and topped with a Nutella flavoured cheesecake that is light and almost mousse-like.

Step to make No bake NUTELLA CHEESECAKE:
  1. For crust,

  2. Make Oreo crumbs using food processor(Or place the cookies in a plastic bag and hit them with a rolling pin until theyre crushed). Pour in the melted butter and combine well.

  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom and sides of a 6” tart/pie plate. Put it in a refrigerator while preparing the filling. (You can also use any mould glazed with a butter).

    1. In an electric mixture(Or with a whisk), beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, for about a minute. Add the confectioner’s sugar and nutella until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and spread to the edge. Set in a freezer while preparing the topping.

  5. For topping(chocolate ganache),

  6. In a small saucepan, bring cream to a simmer over medium-low heat.

  7. Pour the warm cream over the chocolate in a bowl and let stand for 3 minute Whisk until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

  8. Spread the ganache over the cheesecake. Sprinkle the top with chopped hazelnut

  9. Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight, about 6-8 hour

  10. TIPS Softened butter= Room temperature butter

Confectioner’s sugar = Icing sugar (Finely ground sugar plays an essential for smooth texture)

For topping, you can use nutella ganache as well. Recipe Nutella-fresh cream (11)
