The Ingredients need to make No bake Cheese Cake Cups:

1. Prepare 175 g of soft cream cheese
2. You need 250 g of whipped cream
3. Prepare of Sugar as desired
4. Prepare 200 g of crackers biscuits
5. It’s 150 g of raspberries
6. It’s of Desired serving cups or cheese cake mold
7. Prepare 4 tbsp of melted unsalted butter

Step to make No bake Cheese Cake Cups:

1. For the crust crush the crackers or blind with electronic blender
2. Mix the crunched crackers and melted butter, untill crumbs are evenly moisten.
3. Transfer to the mold or serving cups, press on the button, place then in freezer for 10 to 15 minutes untill you prepare the filling
4. Filling . In a large mixing bowl beat on high speed the whipping cream sugar untill fluffy puffy (for about 3 minutes), then add cream cheese beat on low speed untill well combined and smooth
5. Pull the crust out off the freezer, using a piping bag, pip the filling in to the crust cups evenly
6. Refrigerate the cheese cake cups at least 4 hours or over night (you can also prepare before and keep in fridge untill the day you want)
7. You can serve the cheese cake, as it is with the natural cheese cake flavor or add desired sauce or syrup. I used here raspberry sauce
8. For the sauce . Blend 150 g of fresh or frozen raspberries, in a sauce pan add sugar (as desired), blended raspberries,stir well and let simmer at low medium heat untill thickens, keep aside to completely cool down. Then spread over the cheese cake cups, refrigerate untill u want to serve.
9. It is served cold
