The Ingredients need to make Bitterguord Curry Paavakkai Curry:
  1. It’s of Ingredients to pressure cook
  2. It’s 500 gms of Bitter gourd
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of Tamarind water
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder
  5. It’s As needed of Salt
  6. You need of Ingredients to temper
  7. It’s 1 1/2 tbsp of Oil
  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds
  10. Prepare leaves of Few Curry
  11. Prepare of Other Ingredients
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder
  13. You need 1/2 tsp of Jaggery
Step to make Bitterguord Curry Paavakkai Curry:
  1. Cut bitterguord into small piece
  2. Pressure cook the ingredients for 2 whistle Now it is pressure cooked.
  3. Heat kadai. Add the ingredients to temper.
  4. Add the pressure cooked bitterguord into the kadai and mix well.
  5. Now add red chilli powder and jaggery to it. Mix well to spread evenly.
  6. Tasty simple bitterguord curry for rice and chapati is ready to serve.
