- Prepare 1/2 kg of pigs liver
- It’s 2 of pieces pigs heart
- You need 1/2 kg of pork belly
- Prepare 1 can of green peas
- Prepare 1 of some cornstarch water
- Prepare 1 of some red chili slices
- You need 1 of some bell pepper slices
- It’s of Marinade
- It’s 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- It’s 2 tbsp of chicken powder
- You need 8 clove of garlic
- You need 2 tsp of black pepper,ground
- It’s 1 tsp of salt
- Prepare 2 tbsp of vinegar
- Prepare 1 tbsp of sugar
- Prepare 1/4 of water
Step to make IGADO (Filipino Pork Mix Casserole):
- Wash pigs liver and heart and pork belly.
- Slice pigs liver,heart and pork belly thinly.Then,put into casserole with marinade mix evenly.Marinate for 30 minute
- Simmer until cook and tender.Put green peas and boil.Add chilli and bell peppers and put some cornstarch water for thickening. Season with salt according to your taste.
