  3. You need 1/2 kg of pork belly
  4. Prepare 1 can of green peas
  5. Prepare 1 of some cornstarch water
  6. Prepare 1 of some red chili slices
  7. You need 1 of some bell pepper slices
  8. It’s of Marinade
  9. It’s 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  10. It’s 2 tbsp of chicken powder
  11. You need 8 clove of garlic
  12. You need 2 tsp of black pepper,ground
  13. It’s 1 tsp of salt
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp of vinegar
  15. Prepare 1 tbsp of sugar
  16. Prepare 1/4 of water
Step to make IGADO (Filipino Pork Mix Casserole):
  1. Wash pigs liver and heart and pork belly.
  2. Slice pigs liver,heart and pork belly thinly.Then,put into casserole with marinade mix evenly.Marinate for 30 minute
  3. Simmer until cook and tender.Put green peas and boil.Add chilli and bell peppers and put some cornstarch water for thickening. Season with salt according to your taste.
