The Ingredients needed to make Ginataang Isda w Tumeric sauce or Fish w Coconut Cream w Tumeric sauce:
- You need of Fish any fish Tilapia
- You need of Luyang Dilaw or Tumeric peeled and grated
- Prepare of Onions chopped
- You need 2 cloves of garlic chopped
- Prepare 1 cup of vinegar
- You need of Coconut cream or gata
- You need 1 of finger chilies chopped diagonal
- It’s to taste of Salt and pepper
Step to make Ginataang Isda w Tumeric sauce or Fish w Coconut Cream w Tumeric sauce:
- In hot pan with oil sauté garlic, onions are fragrant and translucent then add the grated Tumeric stir making sure all ingredients are incorporated
- Add fish cook on one side the on the other add green chillies cover let cook then add the 1 cup of vinegar then cover and simmer then add Gata cover and simmer until fish is fully cooked then add salt and pepper to taste.
