The Ingredients needed to make Ginataang Alimasag:
- It’s 1/2 of kilo crabs
- You need 1/4 of kilo squash
- You need 10 pcs of string beans
- It’s 1 cup of coconut milk
- It’s 1 of thumb ginger
- It’s 5 cloves of garlic
- Prepare 1 pc of onion
- Prepare of Salt and pepper
- Prepare 2 pcs of finger chilis
Step to make Ginataang Alimasag:
- Prepare the ingredient Mince the garlic, chop the onions and ginger, wash the crabs, cut the string beans in 2 inch size, cut the squash into large cube
- Saute garlic, onion and ginger for about 2mins then add the crab Continue for 5 min
- Add the squash and saute for a minute. Put in half a cup of water and add salt and pepper
- Add the cup of coconut milk and finger chili then let it simmer for about 5 min in low heat or until the squash is soft.
- Add the string beans and let simmer until the string beans is cooked.
