The Ingredients need to make Ginataang Alimasag:
  1. It’s 3 of large crabs (cut in to portions)
  2. Prepare 5 of gloves minced garlic
  3. You need 1 of onion (minced)
  4. You need 4 cups of coconut milk
  5. You need 3 tbs of spoon cooling oil
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of pepper
  7. You need 4 of Thai Chilli
  8. It’s 1 cup of malunggay leaves
  9. You need 1 tbs of fish sauce
Step to make Ginataang Alimasag:
  1. In a large pot, sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger.
  2. Add the ground black pepper and coconut milk then bring to a boil. Add the Thai chilli and simmer for 5 minute Add fish sauce.
  3. Put the crabs in the pot and mix until evenly covered with coconut milk. Simmer for 5 to 20 minute
