The Ingredients need to make Multi grain Dudhi Muthiya:
- You need 1 of whole lauki
- It’s 1 cup of mutligrain coarse flour
- It’s 2 of chillies
- Prepare 1 inch of ginger
- You need 7-8 cloves of garlic
- It’s 2 tbsp of curd or as required
- It’s of Salt, turmeric, chilli, dhaniya ,jeera powder as per taste
- Prepare 1 tsp of fruitsalt
- It’s 1 tbsp of oil
- Prepare 1 tsp of mustard
- Prepare 3 tsp of sesame seeds
Step to make Multi grain Dudhi Muthiya:
- Wash peel and grate lauki.
- Add flour and ginger garlic chilli paste. Add all dry masalas and fruit salt. Add curd. The flour quantity should be as much as can mix in grated lauki.
- Mix all ingredients nicely and lay it in a greased plate. I keep it like dhokla batter that makes it more softnes
- Steam for 25 minutes or until cooked.
- Cool it and cut into square piece
- In a pan add oil. Once hot add mustard and sesame seed
- Add muthia and toss it nicely. Break some muthias while tossing.
- Awesome tempting healthy muthiya are ready to serve.
