The Ingredients needed to make Pinoy Pork BBQ:

1. You need 1 of kilo pork
2. It’s of Soy sauce
3. It’s of Whole pepper corn
4. You need of Calamansi juice
5. It’s of Sugar
6. It’s of Garlic pressed
7. You need of Salt

Step to make Pinoy Pork BBQ:

1. Chop pork to desired size. Mine is medium.
2. Put all ingredients to bowl. Marinate overnight.
3. Put chopped marinated pork through the stick. The meat with the fat on the last section. Set aside the sauce for glaze.
4. Prepare the coals in medium heat.
5. Grill each side for 5 min Brush the sauce on each side for glaze.
6. Grill for few minutes until brown.
7. Serve.
