  9. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Fruit salt or Eno
  10. You need to taste of Salt
  11. It’s 1 teaspoon of Butter
  12. You need 1 teaspoon of Oil
  13. It’s of For stuffing
  14. Prepare 3 tablespoon of sweet Corn
  15. Prepare 2 tablespoon of chopped Green Capsicum
  16. It’s 2 tablespoon of chopped red Capsicum
  17. You need 2 tablespoon of chopped yellow Capsicum
  18. Prepare 2 tablespoon of chopped Onion
  19. You need 2 tablespoon of chopped Carrot
  20. You need 1 of chopped Green chilli
  21. You need 2 tablespoon of chopped Coriander leaves
  22. Prepare 3 tablespoon of grated cheese
  23. It’s 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes
  24. Prepare 1 tablespoon of toasted Flax seeds
  25. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of crushed Black pepper
  26. Prepare To taste of Salt

  7. Now add chilli flakes, crudhed pepper, salt and grated cheese.
  8. At last add toasted flax seeds and mix well. You can check the seasoning at this stage and can adjust as per your taste.
  9. Now heat a griddle or tawa. Grease with little oil.
  10. Add fruit salt or eno to the green batter and mix well. Note that Eno should be added just before cooking.
  11. Spoon 1 big spoonful /or 2 tablespoon of batter to hot tawa and shape as a round thin pancake.
  12. Cover and cook in low heat for 1 minute.
  13. After a minute remove the cover and add little butter.
  14. Carefully flip the chilla to cook from both side
  15. Add 1or 2 tablespoon of prepared stuffing to one side of the chilla.
  16. Again cover and cool in low heat for a minute to melt the cheese and for slightly cook the veggie
  17. Remove the cover and fold the chilla over the stuffing.
  18. Add little more butter and cook for few seconds on both sides to make the chilla little crisp.
  19. Remove from griddle and serve immediately with some greek or regular yoghurt.
