The Ingredients needed to make Smooth Tofu Matcha Ice Cream:
  1. It’s 1 of packet Firm tofu
  2. Prepare 4 tbsp of Honey (or maple syrup)
  3. Prepare 2 tsp of Matcha
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of White miso or white sesame paste (optional)
Step to make Smooth Tofu Matcha Ice Cream:
  1. Break the tofu apart into about 8 pieces, boil until thoroughly cooked, then drain.
