- Prepare 500 g. of pork tenderloin
- Prepare 5 cloves of Garlic
- Prepare 3 pc of Coriander root
- Prepare 1 tsp. of Black pepper corn
- You need 2 tbsp. of Soy sauce
- Prepare 2 tbsp. of Fish sauce
- It’s 2 tbsp. of Oyster sauce
- It’s 2 tbsp. of Palm sugar
- It’s 1/2 tsp. of Baking soda
- You need 2 tbsp. of Tapioca flour
- Prepare 1 tbsp. of Vegetable oil
- It’s 3 tbsp. of Evaporated milk
- Prepare 150 g. of Pork fat
- You need 1/4 tsp. of Black soy sauce
- You need 1/4 tsp. of Salt

- Pound Garlic + black pepper corn + coriander root together β’ slice pork into pieces as shown and cut pork fat into small pieces β’ Mix Marinate sauce with soy sauce + fish sauce + oyster sauce + palm sugar + oil + tapioca flour + baking soda + evaporated milk + salt + garlic,pepper,coriander root + Pork meat + Pork fat and leave at least 6 hours However best is over night
- Soak skewer at least 10 mins before grill β’ and skewer pork as shown add some pork fat for more flavour β’ grill and turn regularly until cooked β’ Brush with evaporated milk before serve β’ Done !! πππ§π½βπ³π§πΌβπ³
