The Ingredients need to make “Jazaria” Carrot Cake:
  1. You need of Cake
  2. It’s 3/4 cup of vegetable oil
  3. It’s 1 cup of light brown sugar
  4. It’s 1/2 cup of regular white sugar
  5. It’s 3 of Large eggs (4 Medium)
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla extract
  7. It’s 2 Cups of all-purpose flour sifted
  8. It’s 2 tsp of baking powder
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  10. You need 1 tsp of cinnamon powder
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of ground allspice (optional)
  12. You need 2 cups of loosely packed, finely grated carrots
  13. It’s 3/4 cup of lightly toasted walnut pieces (you can replace with raisins)
  14. You need of Frosting Ingredients
  15. It’s 225 g of cream cheese at room temperature
  16. It’s 1/4 cup of unsalted butter at room temperature
  17. Prepare 3 cup of icing sugar “sifted”
  18. You need 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  19. It’s 1 tsp of lemon juice
  20. It’s of Lightly roasted walnuts pieces for garnish
Step to make “Jazaria” Carrot Cake:
  1. Whisk your wet ingredients with the sugar
  2. Sift all your dry ingredients and add the carrots with the dry mix.
  3. Mix your dry to the wet mix. Then add roasted walnuts and mix again.
  4. Divide the mix in two equal size pans and bake for 28-30 mins at 175c (350f). Make sure when you insert a skewer it comes out clean.
  5. Add three frost mix between your cake layers and in top and on side Garnish with roasted walnuts and refrigerate for 90 min Enjoy after
