The Ingredients need to make Healthy Carrot Whole Wheat Bread (oil free sugar free):
  1. You need of whole wheat flour
  2. Prepare of grated carrot
  3. It’s of baking powder
  4. It’s of salt
  5. You need of cinnamon powder
  6. You need of Orange juice
  7. Prepare of honey
  8. Prepare of chopped dry fruits
  9. Prepare of baking soda
Step to make Healthy Carrot Whole Wheat Bread (oil free sugar free):
  1. Preheated the oven 180 °C for 10 minute
  2. Assemble all the ingredient
  3. In a bowl add the flour with baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder and mix.
  4. Now add the honey and stir together.
  5. Add the grated carrots and chopped dry fruits and stir till its combine. It will be a hard dough but dont worry its okkk.
  6. Fold this into a greased baking pan and sprinkle some chopped nuts on top.
  7. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes till its well risen, crusty and golden on the outside. A toothpick inserted right in the centre has to come out clean and thats when the bread is cooked.
