The Ingredients need to make Carrot Yogurt Sunshine smoothie:
- It’s 1 of medium carrot
- You need 200 grams of yogurt
- You need 10 of mint leaves
- You need 1 of Small piece of ginger
- It’s 1/4 tsp of salt
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of black salt
- Prepare 2 tbsp of water
- Prepare 5-6 of almonds
- You need as needed of Ice cubes and extra water (optional)
Step to make Carrot Yogurt Sunshine smoothie:
- Peel and chop carrot to small chunk Add the ginger and 2 tbsps water to it. Pressure cook for a whistle
- Add it to a mixie jar. Add the mint leaves
- Add both salt and black pepper
- Add curd
- Grind to a smooth texture
- Take a cup of water and add almonds to it.Microwave on high power for 2 to 3 minute Deskin,slice into slivers
- You can add ice cubes and water to this smoothie if you like. But it tastes good as a thick smoothie. Garnish with blanched almond slivers and mint leave
