The Ingredients needed to make Bala-Bala / Indonesian Vegetable Fritters:
  1. It’s 1 of Carrot
  2. You need 1 of Cabbage / Spanish Chinese Leaves (only a little bit)
  3. Prepare 1 of Spring Onion
  4. You need 10 of heaped tbsp Flour
  5. Prepare of Water
  6. You need of Seasonings
  7. You need of Salt
  8. Prepare of Garlic powder
  9. You need 1 tsp of Chicken powder
  10. Prepare of White pepper grounds
  11. You need of Others
  12. It’s of Oil
Step to make Bala-Bala / Indonesian Vegetable Fritters:
  1. Cut all the ingredients (long and thin)
  2. Mix flour and water until not too thick or watery (about 3/4 cup of water)
  3. Add seasonings and taste it
  4. Add the vegetables
  5. Heat oil in a pan(if you can submerge the ingredients in oil is better, but it will use a lot of oils)
  6. Add 1 or 2 tbsp to the pan
  7. Wait until brown / you see burn marks at the carrots and serve. (as Indonesian, we like to eat this with a hot chilli)
