The Ingredients needed to make Kerala Rice Puttu With Kadala Curry:
  1. Prepare 1 cup of rice flour

Step to make Kerala Rice Puttu With Kadala Curry:
  1. Soak Black Chanaovernight for 7 hour
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and temper it with mustard seeds, fennel seeds and clove To it add chopped onions and saute well.
  3. Now add chopped tomatoes and saute till it becomes mushy. To it add Sambhar powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste and soaked Chanaand mix well. Add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 20 minute

  8. Steam for 10 minute. Hot steamed coconut rice Puttu is ready to serve with Kadala curry.
