The Ingredients need to make Leftover Christmas Cake Rum Balls:

  2. It’s 85g of Chocolate, chopped
  3. You need 70 ml of Dark Rum
  4. It’s 1 tsp of Rum essence
  5. Prepare as required of Chocolate for dipping
  6. Prepare as required of White chocolate for garnish
Step to make Leftover Christmas Cake Rum Balls:
  1. Crumble cake pieces in food processor or by hand
  2. Transfer the crumbs in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Melt chocolate in microwave at full power.
  4. Whisk with spatula until entire chocolate is melted nicely.
  5. Pour melted chocolate on cake crumbs and mix with a spatula to coat all dry crumbs with chocolate.
  6. Combine the rum with chocolate-cake mixture until everything comes together to form a large dough ball.
  7. Form medium sized ball
  8. Take a bowl melt chocolate for dipping.
  9. Dip balls in melted chocolate.
  10. Take them on tray.
  11. Freeze them for 10min
  12. Decoration them with melted white chocolate.
